Interactive Mental Health Presentations for Classrooms
VĪV Mental Health is proud to offer interactive, age-specific mental health presentations for classrooms, school assemblies, and events for students 8 years and up. We also offer educational workshops for parents and caregivers of students, as well as focused mental health training for teachers and school support staff. Our creative, engaging, and informative training fosters a safe and inclusive environment for everyone to learn about and interact with various mental health concepts – all delivered by a CMHA-Certified Psychological Health & Safety Advisor.

Workshops For Parents, Caregivers & Families
VĪV Mental Health delivers interactive mental health workshops and virtual learning sessions for parents/guardians of students wanting to learn more about mental health as it relates to themselves and their children. We are proud to offer sessions on topics such as stress, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, compassionate communication skills, social skill development, sexual health, and many more. These engaging and interactive presentations foster a safe and inclusive environment for parents and caregivers to learn about and interact with various mental health concepts, delivered by a CMHA-Certified Psychological Health & Safety Advisor.
Training for Teachers & Educators
VĪV Mental Health offers focused mental health training, tools, and resources designed to support and empower individuals working in supportive educational roles. Modules are curated to be inclusive of various demographics and student types, which can be applied across all age groups. Examples of modules included within the training program are topics such as neurodiversity, mental illness, stress, anxiety, depression, building compassionate communication skills, DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion), social interactions, sexual health, and much more. In addition, this training assists in supporting educators themselves, addressing many of the challenges teachers and school staff face within educational environments. Each training is delivered by a CMHA-Certified Psychological Health & Safety Advisor and is designed to complement existing professional development programs for educators.
